Yes — there's free parking in the area around Lougavegur 6, with spaces right by the shop and more within a short walk. It's rarely a problem to find a spot, even at busier times. If the closest spaces are taken, you'll usually find one a street or two over.

Yes. The entrance and counter are step-free and easy to reach, and there's room to move around inside. If you have specific access needs or would like us to keep space clear at a busy time, just email ciao@isabella.is ahead and we'll make sure everything is ready for you.

Absolutely. We take all the usual cards and contactless payments, including phone and watch, so you don't need to carry cash. Cash is welcome too if you prefer it — whatever's easiest for you.

Very. Kids are some of our favourite customers — we're happy to offer little tastes so they can find the flavour they love, and smaller scoops are no problem. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the counter and outside, and we'll happily find a little water for a thirsty pup on a warm day.

Weekend afternoons and warm, sunny days are our busiest — expect a short, friendly queue then, but it moves quickly.
